Project: Dodge is a 2D shoot-em-up game where the goal of player is to survive as many rounds as they can by utilizing their mobility tools to dodge enemy attacks. The game was made to gain a deeper understanding of the Unity engine and what it was capable of. From learning how to create and structure gameplay scripts, to using the mechanim animation tool, and most importantly learning and udnerstanding Unity's shuriken particle system.
All assets used in this project was self made, and created in Adobe Illustrator, this includes all the sprites used for the player, enemies, UI, VFX elements, etc. The sprite animations were all animated in engine using unity's animator timeline.
